At OutsideIn, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Every return helps us continue our mission of supporting those experiencing homelessness through our social impact model.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
